* The Systems Integration Team is charged with overall integration responsibility for systems developments, engaging other parties (typically outsource partners) for specific deliverables but managing control in-house of the end-to-end system artefacts.

* The SI Manager has line responsibility for three teams:- a team of the system integration leads, a resource centre and integration testing.

* The System Integration Lead is the principal full-time IS resource on a project, taking overall responsibility for IS deliverables and systems integration – receiving functional specs/blueprints from BA’s and Architects, and delivering a fully tested solution to IS Technical Operations.
